Team Building and Orgainsational Development
Team Building and Orgainsational Development was facilitated for Udayan Care, New Delhi. Different exercises were undertaken on team building and organizational development and a platform was created where the staff shared their strengths, weakness and challenges. A participatory approach was used to discuss and frame a joint action plan for capacity building of the staff, and system strengthening of the organization.

Staff Performance Assessment
Facilitated the Staff Performance Assessment at Dr. Sambhunath Singh Research Foundation, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Individual and peer review of staff capacity and skills was conducted using a participatory mode. The purpose was to scale the skill and capacity of each staff member and suggest a skill enhancement program for the staff, and provide a system improvement plan for the organization.

Technical Handholding support
Support was provided to Sarahana Education Trust, New Delhi in the management, administration and operation of projects, and organization related work. IThought played a supportive role in conducting counselling sessions for women in prostitution and their children, proposals and documentation, periodic monitoring and evaluation of ongoing programmes, as well as capacity and skill development of staff.

Staff Capacity Building
A skills building workshop and thematic training on Right to Health & Education was held for the staff of Swati, Delhi. iThought also provided regular counselling sessions for girls/women on health, personal development, education, domestic violence, employment and legal issues.

Technical Handholding support
Ongoing support is provided for Gram Swaraj Samiti, Sonebhadra, UP in management and operation of projects, and organization related work. Playing a supportive role in conducting field based research, periodic monitoring, evaluation of ongoing programmes, and capacity and skill development of the staff.
